Since its inception, Prowess has run a graduate programme designed to provide investment industry exposure and accelerated skills transfer to high potential individuals.

It is a 24-month program offered to university graduates and to date 16 individuals have successfully completed it. Those who have advanced through the program are best placed to describe the progression and learning they have derived:
